I have been intersted in Real estate investing since very young. I have attended many seminars and workshops for real estate investing. I have also bought a few properties in the past through MLS and real estate auction companies. I have flipped some properties and kept others. However, now looking to flip homes in the Southbay area. I relize that even in the most expensive areas, using the proper techniques, theres always investment opportunities with great profit.
