New to the real estate market but willing and ready!

Hello! My name is Lydia, I am a 23yo nurse from right outside of Asheville NC. Real estate investing has been on my mind for about two years but never had the resources to know where to start, then I found bigger pockets! I haven't made my first move yet because I'm still taking in any information available to get the ball rolling. I'm very interested in buy-and-hold investing and also flipping. I'm very motivated to buy my first property, my goal is to have my first property by spring of 2016, and I'm very excited driven to get started!
