Newbie from Baton Rouge, LA

Greetings,

My name is Floyd Ford from Baton Rouge, LA . I have been lurking on the BP forums for almost about a year now,  so it's time to get over this analysis paralysis.  I'm ready to dive into my first investment.

I'm originally from Opelousas, LA but I currently live in the Baton Rouge, LA.  I graduated from Southern University with a degree in Economics, and I'm currently working on my MBA.  My goal with real estate is become financially free.  I plan to one day be a silent investor.

I currently don't own any properties, but from the research I've been doing, I would like to focus more on multifamily units.  I'm given some thought on house hacking but finding the right deal has proven to be difficult.

With that being said I look forward to getting more involved on the site, and meeting a few more experienced individuals that can help me along my journey.
