I am a contractor, my wife a real estate agent and our focus has recently shifted and instead of her and I looking for clients, we have focused 100% on finding homes to flip on our own.  After a few successful flips, we are ready to take it to the next level and looking for help getting there, finding investors, fianancing, advice, rental deals, etc.  We live in Delray Beach FL and would love to meetup with anyone local to discuss opportunities.
