Hi, I live in Bozeman, MT.  My husband and I are looking to invest in our first income property.  We would like to buy a townhome or condo to rent out, first to our daughter (and roommates) while she is in college.  We currently own and operate a B&B in the Bozeman area. This would be our first foray into the world of real estate investing. Kinda nervous!
