Good morning BP Community!

I am a newbie wholesaler from Lake Charles Louisiana. I first became interested in real estate this may when I stumbled upon some of the great real estate investing podcasts out there. Those podcasts eventually lead me to the bigger pockets podcast and now to biggerpockets.com

I am currently looking for ways to grow my mailing list; especially, other than through an out of state owner lists which appear, at least from the information that I have seen, to be very common and competitive. I am also looking for networking events in my area, or surrounding areas, as well as advice from cash buyers on what I can do to set myself apart from other wholesalers.
