Hi! 

I am new to this forum and am excited to meet others that are interested in the same things that I am. Right now I am part owner, with my daughter, of a real estate office that specializes in subject to purchases and rent-to-own sales.  I am looking to go into the wholesaling of homes business while starting my husbands career in building "tiny homes". It would be nice to meet other investors in this area to exchange ideas with.
