Hello fellow BP members,

My name is Marcos Brizuela.  I currently have a full time job as HVAC Coordinator, but my goal is to transition to full time Real Estate Investor. After investing on so much $$ on real estate Guru, and trying to learn more about investing, I came across BP Podcast.  I was moved to hear how so many people are here and just give back to the community.  I plan to start wholesaling to build some cash and eventualy buy & hold.  I know wholesaling is not going to be simple, but with BELIEFS, DETERMINATION,& TAKING ACTION, I will be successful.
