I am from Maine and am looking to develop my first multi unit. I have lots of questions and things I would love to bounce of someone with knowledge in this area of building a NEW unit. I am looking to do 4 executive style fully furnished cabins near a main city but just outside of it.  Working on a business plan now and connecting with a SCORE mentor. How would I finance something like this? with nothing but the "plan" and the equity of this estate once built.
