Hello everyone.  I am currently in Nashville, TN but will be relocating to Chicago at the end of the calendar year.  My wife and I collectively own two properties, both condos in Nashville area.  One is our current residence, and the other my wife became an accidental landlord when she moved in with me while we were still dating.  I'd like to reach finical independence (like everyone else) and hope to do that through building as mostly passive investment portfolio as well by building a business so I can leave the 8-5 J.O.B. that while I don't hate it, I also am not excited about anymore.  Looking forward to meeting the community and learning.
