Hello All!  My name is Lyzander Vereen, and I am here to learn and practice investing in real estate.  As well versed as I am in the many readings, seminars, and gurus that are around, I have no practical knowledge of investing.  I am looking for an opportunity to grow and to have a network show me how to utilize the education and start making successful deals in real estate.  I am open to all niches right now.  Thank You!
