I am a power lineman in New Jersey. I have been on BP for about a month now. I've read 3 REI books about flipping, and listened to about 40 hours of podcast during my two hour daily commute. (Thanks Josh Dorkin, Brandon Turner, and Jay Scott) for keeping me awake. It inspired me so two days ago I attended my first REIA meeting! (SJREIA) I don't know why I was so nervous, but I accomplished two things. I got over the what am I doing here phase, by signing up for a year. The more I plan on attending, the more familiar a face I will become, and hopefully begin to network. Second, I got over the why am I doing this phase. The presenter was fantastic and I walked away with loads of useful information. He kicked my focus into overtime.

I am looking to network with new and experienced investors, hard and private money lenders, contractors, agents, project managers, or anyone interested in connecting over real estate. I am looking to fix and flip properties in South Jersey, while working full time. (2 to 3 a year to start) I have an informal "business plan" (thanks Brandon Turner) Good to have, being that one never may know where REI can take you. I am excited and looking to have my first deal in January! Good Evening BP!! Time to get experienced!! Lets connect!
