Newbie investor in Long Beach Southern California
Hi,
My name is Tommy. I have background in repairing and selling new and used appliances, but I'm new to real estate investing.
Recently, there were these 2 business partners that ordered multiple appliance packages from me in a short time frame, so it made me curious as to what they do. I got a quick rundown that they flip properties. They are terrific to work with, so I started giving them an investor discount to keep doing more business with me. But it got me to start thinking maybe I should learn to do what they do.
This made me want to investigate further and I came across this site. This looks like a great place to get started, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Are there any step-by-step guides or books to flip properties that anyone can recommend?
Thanks a million,
Tommy
