New member from Chicago

Hi my name is Courtland and I'm a real estate broker in Chicago. I'm new to investing and also bigger pockets. I mostly do buy/sell/rent RE deals but I'm ready to expand into the investing side of real estate. I've missed out on a couple great RE investment opportunities in the past and now it's time to make it happen.
