Hi all. Extremely new to the field, just now in the learning/soaking-up-everything-I-can stage. I'm listening to podcasts, reading several books at one time and meeting up with a local investor here to learn from. 

Always been interested in real estate, I'm now at a place where I'm ready to get serious. VERY excited to be here! ;-)
