7 year hiatus

Hi All,

Im returning to real estate after a seven year hiatus. Ive been indirectly involved with real estate during those 7 years but my primary focus was with private equity firms buying out lease contracts. The nature of the business probably isn't necessary.

I just want to connect with people that want to grow their money or just have a passion for real estate investments. Hopefully I further my education and knowledge that can help with the current clients im working with and personal contacts i have.

Im here to learn and see whats going on in the community. If I can help out i definitely will. Im not here to cause flame wars or solicit services from nigeria or deeply discounted items shipped from china.
