Hi, my name is Danny Fly.   I invest in quality single family homes in Memphis, TN and its surrounding areas.  I'm also a licensed home inspector in TN.  I'm hoping to connect with and learn from other investors through BP and possibly provide some useful info concerning inspection of investment property.
