Thank you Josh and Brandon   You guys are awesome, not to mention informative and hilarious.   Love ya guys.   I was introduced to your site by Paula's affordanything.com podcast interview which I listened to about three weeks ago.  Since that time, I have been flooding myself with your other podcasts and have done a half marathon of 13 of them.   I am playing them every time I get into the car to go back and forth to my regular job.  I own two rentals single family homes but unfortunately they have not been profitable.   But because of your site, I have renewed interest it making real estate work.  I am using ynab and earmarking my monies for investment so I will be ready by the first of the year.
