Hello all! I'm a newbie from the south Tx area motivated and determined to help people, be good at it, and of course make money in the process. I'm currently taking courses to prepare for my state exam and become a licensed agent as well as trying to get my foot in the door as far as investing goes. I am a sponge for any information anyone might have for someone just starting out like myself. If you have any questions for me ask away.
