My name is Herman Tebben and my wife and I are just getting into Real Estate Investing. My wife has flipped houses before in New Jersey and here in Florida. We have been married for 4 years and the house we are flipping now is my first introduction into the business. I would like to build a power team to include some hard money lenders and to network with other real estate investors. I live in The Villages, Fl.

My interest in real estate is to help people while helping my family. I am looking forward to this being a long, healthy and productive connection.
