My re-introduction!

Hi everybody! I signed up on the forums earlier back in the year when I first bought one of the Biggerpocketes book (The Book on Investing In Real Estate...), I was interested in seller financing a duplex but things changed. Now my current focus is in wholesaling distressed properties around the San Diego area. As of right now, where can I learn more about the rehab side of it? And what are your personal recommendations for finding properties? I'm ready with a broker on the side who can handle all the paperwork.

Thanks,

Ron Casas
