Hi:

I recently moved to Gaithersburg Maryland from New Jersey and am looking to get involved through my securities broker which is registered with FINRA and the SEC for raising capital through private placements. Our headquarters are at 40 Wall Street.

While my experience is in investment banking I am now concentrating on small to medium sized real estate in the Metro DC area that is suitable for my family investments, friends in this area and more broadly (and on a larger scale) private placements. We will also begin the process of setting up an Internet investment portal under the JOBs Act or look to partner up with tech savvy sites that are already in business. 

I am a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and a member of the Florida, New Jersey and American Bar Associations.
