Hi, my name is John Ruckman, I'm from the central Ohio area; Knox County specifically, living only a short distance from the geographical center of the state.  I am a family man, auctioneer, and aspiring Realtor on the journey of a lifetime. I decided to join BP after I continued to see people referring to it in other areas of the web as the best real estate forum available. I love real estate which is one of the reasons I aspire to be a Realtor in the near future since it's a career that encompasses something I can't get enough of. My other more long term goal is to become a successful RE investor with a special interest in Multi Family as an eventual goal. I look forward to using the valuable knowledge that the BP community provides in an effort to continue my pursuit of excellence through my career.

Thanks for the BP welcome @Ned Carey. I am currently in the process of obtaining a RE license here in Ohio. You must have both an auction and RE license to sell Real Estate by auction in my state. I've been an auctioneer for five years now and am studying to take the RE salesperson exam in the next few months. I sure do hope that being a real estate auctioneer will help me become very "in tune" with the market.
