home for sale, needs plumbing repair

my friend has had her home on the market for over 1year with no luck selling. She was interested in finding out information for selling to someone for a flip, or other possible options. She recently found out it has plumbing issues, other than that it's a very nice home in an older part of Louisville, she just doesn't have the funds to do the repairs needed before selling.
