Happy to have found this forum ,as I was about to get taken by zack childress whose course I just bought into but decided to check him out better before going to his seminar and found the blog here about him and saved me from getting any deeper in thankfully . Im just starting out and have a lot to learn and this seems like the place to be . I did go through carlton sheets course recently and am excited to do my first deal. Any help will be greatly appreciated . Ive been working for others over thirty years now and hope to learn this business enough to become my main income . Right now I drive a tractor trailer all night 5 nights a week and it can be tough but im applying myself to real estate with all my free time . Well off to more learning !
