Hello!

I am new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate investing. My wife and I live in downtown Cleveland and are actively pursuing our first investment property or house hacked duplex (I think that's what it called!) So much great information here and on the podcast, it is pretty incredible what all yall have built. Looking forward to learning!
