Newby to Bigger Pockets! Looks like a great site and forum. I live in Northeast Florida (Ponte Vedra Beach which is near Jacksonville and St. Augustine). I've been a builder and developer since the 80's in Texas, Southwest, the Midwest and now Florida. I've built and sold a lot of luxury homes, mid-priced homes, apartments, townhomes, condos, retail and office buildings, and hotels. I have a real estate license in Florida and looking to find and invest in single family and multi- family properties. Looking for good deals for flipping or to buy and hold. Excited about networking with everyone with Real Estate needs or interests.
