New to it all in Austin TX

Well subject line says it all. Im new to real estate as an investment. I am trying currently to decide where to start...buy a rental, rent my house, or sell my house and have additional finances available.

I am already looking for single family residences, and even multifamily, who knows could happen around here.

Trying to decide how far away from Austin i am willing to go for a deal, figure thats important.

Got financing in the works so I will know what I have available, not that I remotely intend to use it all on one place.

Will possibly be looking for an agent that is an investor soon, I think.

And always looking for help at whatever level, like i said im new and have lots to learn.

Been investigating the website for like a week already and I agree it is full of great information and resources.

Ok I guess I bugged ya all enough for now

Thanks
