Law Student with Strong Passion for Real Estate

Hello, this is my first time posting on Bigger Pockets and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently a third-year law student at the University of Missouri. During my time in law school I have taken as many classes as I can in real estate and transactional law. Prior to law school I worked as an Associate Scientist for an environmental consulting firm with the majority of my time being spent on due diligence for commercial real estate transactions. My two years in this role is what spurred my interest in real estate but I still went into law school with an open mind as to what type of law I would like to practice. After my first year Property class I knew that is where I wanted to be. During my time in school I have taken Real Estate Transactions and Finance, Title Insurance Practice, Business Organizations, Negotiation, and various other classes that I believe have set me up for success in the real estate world. Following graduation I will be moving with my fiancé (by then wife) to Northwest Arkansas, which is where I plan on beginning to build my real estate portfolio. I look forward to meeting and talking with people on Bigger Pockets!
