Hi

I am Mike McCowan from Houston, Texas. My wife and I recently started Real Estate investing. We are currently purchasing our first rental property. My background in Real Estate is limited to construction. Many years ago I use to help my grandfather convert houses into duplexes. 

I currently travel the world for the oil and gas industry. We would like to get to a point with Real Estate, so I do not have to travel all of the time. Presently, we are working with a mentor who suggested the site. He is helping us establish a wholesale marketing strategy.
