Newbie Investor from the Greater NYC Area/Northern NJ

Greetings BP Community! 

My name is Cedric Stout and I'm brand spanking new to the world of Real Estate Investing, but I have committed to pursue this path as a means of wealth building. 

In a nutshell:

• I'm currently working in Sales as a career and will continue this to begin building capital for REI
• I have a strong interest in multi-family investing, though I am open to consider other options. 
• As I'm building capital, I desire to learn everything I can in the meantime through education and learning from others.
• I live in Palisades Park, NJ (less than 10 minutes from Manhattan). I grew up in Fayetteville, NC and am considering beginning my investment journey in the Fayetteville and/or Raleigh-Durham NC area (since I visit NC monthly) and prices are a fraction of the price in NJ.
