New member from Central FL!!

Hey, my name is Ryan, and im totally new to RE investing, like brand new. My wife and I have been reading the forum posts on this site for a couple of days and decided to make learn as much as we can and jump into it. Im really glad to have found this forum, as there is a ton of useful information here. I will probably be asking a ton of questions in the upcoming days/weeks and look forward to picking the brains of the seasoned investors of this site, thank you
