Good day Bigger Pockets community,

My name is Paul Alvitre from Peoria, AZ.  I'm brand new to Bigger Pockets and the investment community.

I found Bigger Pockets through a friend of mine and have found the posts from the community fantastic.  I've been reading the forums a bit before I decided to post this introduction.  Mainly, I guess, to see what this site was all about.  I love what I've seen.  One thing I've noticed across the real estate community is that even though its pretty competitive, is that everyone is very helpful and genuinely excited about the success of others.  Their willingness to offer suggestions of different ideas has been wonderful.

A little about me.  I've been in retail sales and management for 20+ years.  I decided to get my real estate license just this year however I've been unable to work it full time.  My goal is to work on doing Fix and Flips until I'm able to quit my job and focus on real estate full time.
