Hello everyone!

I am new to real estate investing but very exciting in networking and learning more.  I want to purchase my first primary residence in Louisville, CO but it has become very difficult to make this a reality as home prices have increased over 30% in the last 12 months. Since I do not have the capital for a traditional 20% down payment, I would like to learn more about creative financing. I understand this requires finding even better deals so want to become more knowledgeable in finding properties.
