Interested in building cash flow from multi-unit investments

This is a great community of people, and I'm glad to be a part of it! I am a 'casual' investor looking to build wealth in real estate. I've bought and held condo's/townhomes. I'm currently interested in Multi-unit investments in areas of positive/high appreciation rates. I'm not interested in flipping, rather I like to buy and hold. I appreciate the insights from this forum, the free exchange of information, and the way people are so enthusiastic in supporting each other. THANKS!!
