Hi everyone! My name's Azim. I left my investment banking job recently to pursue a real estate career full-time (inspired by my mother pursuing a real estate agent license) and am excited about soaking up as much knowledge as possible from all the resources available here on BiggerPockets!

My 1 month goal is to engage in the purchase of a SFR or Condo in Los Angeles County with the intent of flipping the property within 6 months. If you are in the area, have any advice for me, or just want to say hi, please comment! Thank you.
