Susan Hough has over 16 years’ experience managing residential acquisitions and renovations of real estate assets. She targets high-yield return investments by utilizing a steadfast financial model. The process includes diligently analyzing comparable market sales over several years to determine a reliable disposition price. She then develops a renovation strategy, which "builds to the market", to maximize investment dollars and minimize time. Finally, she implements a marketing strategy to transfer the property creating the greatest financial return.

Over the past four years she has focused her attention in the Northwest Suburbs, primarily the Barrington Area creating high-end renovations. Prior, her vast experience traveled through Chicago renovating beautiful Brownstones and Greystones, remodeling single family homes in the South Suburbs and managing rental properties throughout the Chicagoland market.

Susan currently owns and manages a residential construction firm, Hough Construction Company Inc. In the first quarter of 2014, she joined with several partners, which collectively, have over 50 years’ experience in the residential renovation and new construction arena. She specializes in redevelopment projects, initiating and coordinating with architects, subcontractors and trade crews to execute projects on site from initial concept to completion, while meeting time, labor, material estimates and projects specifications.
