Hi everyone!

My name is nick and I live in Memphis, Tennessee. For the past 2 years I've been working in flooring, learning the trade, and I've gotten the incredible opportunity of watching and helping a company being built from the ground up! we do a ton of work for lots of different rental companies around the Memphis area which has given me the opportunity to see the ins and outs of house flipping and readying properties for rent. I've lived here my whole life and I know the area extremely well. I'm young and hungry and eager to get started in real estate and open to any tips and advice on it!
