Hey Community,

Thanks for having me; I work at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Texas Realty in Austin, Texas mainly on the residential side.  As most of you know Austin has a hot market right now, but some particularly strong,  and oddly ignored (somewhat) has been the two, three, & four unit income producing segment.  Return on investment is exceptional, the massive number of people arriving daily, make investments landlord friendly and the university makes any purchase, within a reasonable distance of UT a winner; even if all relocation stopped tomorrow.  Referrals are how we help each other, and I am always looking for industry friends, so I can Provid local or national help of any kind to my clients.  The best way to succeed is to spread the wealth whenever possible, build a network of industry friends, actively pursue leads, and perform on behalf of your clients! This is the only way I know to increase your presence, build your brand, and develop the information base crucial to being successful and relevant.

Cheers and I look forward to meeting all of you!
