Hi Everyone,

Looking forward to learning from all of you.  My first rental is on the market.  It's my previous primary residence.  We had our first showings this past weekend.  Had a lot of activity and actually 3 people filled out applications.  

This is definitely a learning process, but hey, if it was easy everyone would do it ;)
