Hello Everybody!

I am new to the "pro" group, and so far love it.  I will go around and figure things out on the site.   I am definitely old school! LOL

I am looking for good deals in Maryland, either Washington, Frederick, or Montgomery counties.  And always looking for private lenders.

Since a lot of my contacts were in Los Angeles, I am trying to build up a reliable team here in Maryland, including general contractors (most important), real estate agents that invest also, insurance companies.
