Hi all! My name is JD and I'm 40, hungry, motivated and with no safety net so I have to make this work. I have about 17k cash and possibly leverage a cc with no interest until 2017. Will be getting my real estate license as well as friends have shared favorable information. A little scared to start my new reno project as its all I have.
