Hi everyone- new to this site

I am new to this site and  my name is Martha. I am starting a new  Mobile Home business to sell Mobile homes in used parks.  I live in Fl.  and excited to get started. I am in the process of getting state Fl. license permits.  Does any one have any advice for me?   I will be working out of my home and going to used parks. Thanks
