Hey, i want to say hi to everyone! I'm new  to this site. I am pretty excited to what I can learn from here and other people in the area, or other people in the entire site in general.

I have been a contractor for the past four years, and have been working side-by-side with investors flipping their houses, to which they have been cool enough to pretty much show me how  they do it.  I do not plan to quit my contracting business,  because I really love  what I do.

What I love more is being able to pour my own ideas into projects, but when I am working for somebody else that becomes limited. So, I have decided to start flipping my own houses and putting my own  ideas into them.

I have $10,000 cash but super bad credit in the low 400s. I know I can find someway to make it work. I hope to meet people and connect with the right people in order to make that happen.

Welcome to the site.

A background in contracting should help you get you foot into the door to a possible partnership with another investor.

That's something I can definately bring to the table. I also have a license to real estate, so that I won't have to depend on other real estate agents to find me houses.
