Hello BP, starting new construction in Houston looking for advise

Hi everyone, my husband and I started a development company but we are fairly new in Houston therefore our network is very limited.

Could you suggest any group or meeting, to find investors? we have this amazing new construction project going in The Heights, but we don't really know how or where to find credit partners, we are super excited about to star this new real state project!!!

Any suggestion  ? I would appreciate very much
