Hello Everyone!  I'm new here - really not sure where to go or what to do.  My grandparents were able to make a healthy retirement out of rental properties - and I'm hoping to figure out how to do the same thing.  Have any of you jeopardized some of your retirement accounts to help have the cash to get into this?

Thanks - looking forward to hearing from everyone's experience and hopefully getting a small revenue stream going for my family.
