Investor from Oregon

Hello everyone!

I am an investor currently living in Corvallis Oregon, a small college town. I currently have a first lien note, a loan to a construction company, and equity share in a few properties. I am currently looking for properties close to Corvallis that I can buy and manage. I am also looking for syndication deals as I am an accredited investor.
