How's everyone doing today. Since this is the introductions forum, let's get started.

My name is Erik. I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I graduated in 2007 from The Wharton School where I concentrated in Real Estate and Legal Studies.

The reason I'm investing and learning the game is because I'm just not one to do what everyone else does. Instead of getting a job I want to be the master of fate, if you will. And so here I am.

I'm currently looking at a couple of bank owned properties that I'd like to take of their hands and then wholesale. So ANY AND ALL advice on the topic would be wonderful. I'm here to learn, network, and grow my business, and help others do the same.

Anyway, I look forward to talking to getting to know the community, so feel free to contact me as I will most likely be posting quite a few questions.
