My name is Rob and I am Realtor at Pathway Property Management in Jupiter Florida.  I just got my license a couple months ago and am finally getting the "hang" of this real estate thing, if that's even possible.

Everything that people hear about real estate, its all wrong.  Its a tough business to get started in, but hard work really does pay off.

I have been working with an investor to find properties to flip but I have been coming across this one issue, my buyer over estimates the amount of work needed and underestimates the future sale price; eventually leading to laughably low offers.  We have not been having enough luck, any suggestions to nail down the comps better and get my buyer to offer a little higher that would be much appreciated.

Happy Real Estate Hunting Everyone!
