Hello everyone, my name is Jacob Kelly, I am 22 years old and currently taking an online course to acquire my real estate license in Maine. I am doing this not only to work as an agent, but because I want to begin investing in real estate through flipping homes and purchasing buy and hold income properties. Being new to this lifestyle I am sure I will have a lot of questions and plan to become a frequent user of BiggerPockets, hope to chat with you all soon.
